Oktoberfest is the world’s largest Volksfest (beer festival and travelling funfair). During the event, large quantities of Oktoberfest Beer are consumed.
Every year Hoppery does a Month long fest with a specially curated food and beverage menu as well. They are known for their brews , they also have German delicacies for the whole month of October.
You could rate it as one of the best in the city, the indoors are clean and well spread but its the outdoors which has stunning views. The view includes dense patch of trees and the durgam cheruvu (lake view)
You have quite a lot to choose from. Sauerkraut and potato croquettes were pretty good.Potato Pancakes were something I expected them to be pretty average but they turned out to be extremely good. The curry wurst was another amazing one, this was a chicken version. The sausage had slits, cooked and then had a coat or barbeque sauce and a dusting of curry powder.
German Bratwurst , a pork sausage came with a side of mashed potato and caramelized onion.
The apple strudel was the best dessert of the day, apples cooked with cinnamon, butter and sugar were rolled in a puff pastry and baked. Warm strudel along with vanilla ice cream was a perfect ending.
