Punchaiyat is a cute little cafe at Banjara Hills, which serves some amazing fast food, delectable street food and quirky beverages. Living up to their name, this is a cool hangout place with your buddies for having a conversation over lips making food.
We personally loved their ' Adrak Chai' that was flavourful and aptly sweet served alongside Osmania biscuit. They serve some amazing Mojitos, my favourite was the 'Rose Mojito' which was refreshing. The 'Kit kat Shake' and 'Brownie Shake' was heavily loaded, had some unique flavours to it and were worthy of a signature classic.
The 'Chicken Makhanwala Burger' had homemade chicken patty with veggies stuffed in a fresh bun that was loaded with the goodness of the creamy makhani gravy that completely changed the equation of the mundane dish. They also serve a wide range of Nachos, Bruschetta and Quesadillas etc.
The chaat items served here are finger-licking good, with options ranging from Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Lucknowi Matar Chaat, Chole Tikka Chaat etc. The 'Masala Aalo Chakri' has a myriad of chaat flavours on a crispy aalo chakri and should not be missed. The Firangi Fries also had hot crispy french fried loaded with signature mayonnaise.
Their range of sandwiches are also noteworthy, our favourite was the innovative 'Jam & Cheese Sandwich' that was not only visually appealing but also tasted sinfully delicious. The range of Pasta and Pizzas served here will spoil you for choices, my personal favourite was the 'Yo-Yo Chicken Pizza' and 'Pasta in Creamy White Sauce'. They too serve varieties of Maggi and their Cheese Garlic Maggi is a must-try. The choice of desserts here include only a few options which in future the restaurant is planning to improve upon
