Located bang opposite of Goethe Zentrum, Terrasen Cafe is a dainty outdoor cafe that is pet-friendly too. The minimal seating area and blackboards with the day's menu are the first things you'll notice as you enter. The staff is super warm. In fact, the owner has hired people with the inability to speak or hear, and they take your order seamlessly.
While they have a rotating specials menu, their fixed menu has epic delicacies like Pumpkin Soup {comfort food}, Phoebe & Joey {peanut butter and hazelnut chocolate spread sandwich} and Smoked Tofu Pizza which has cashew cheese on top. It's a gluten-free pizza base too. The coffee, however, wasn't great and it can be improved for sure.
