On My Plate: Let the Aampora Sharbat refresh your senses and prepare you for the feasting fun ahead. Start with the Esho Bosi (Appetizers) such as Cheesey Murgir Phulori with Tomato Kasundi and Corn Jalapeno stuffed Bokphool Fritters with Blueberry chutney (yum!). Either head for the Aamisher Mahabhoj with dishes like Bhapa Chingri and Golbarir Mangsho, or for the Niramish Bhoj with Lau Bori and Potoler Dolma. For Mishtanna (desserts) they have the yummylicious Mascarpone Misti Doi Cheese Cake and Malai Patishapta amongst the regular fare.
