What Makes It Awesome?

People become busier day by day. Our crazy schedules put certain restrictions on our lifestyles. We have no time to do anything ourselves. For instance, most of the people will prefer to order food through delivery and spend free time with family and friends than go shopping.

Apparently, Nightsavior was founded in 2016 by a group of young entrepreneurs who took advantage of the online food ordering opportunity that existed in the Kolkata market and is gratifying people with its online services and savouries. For this reason, Nightsaviour is the easy way to get the food you love to be delivered. It has plenty of options to choose from. When you open its page on the application, you can scroll through the varieties for inspiration or search for a particular cuisine. When you find something you like, tap to add it to your basket. So, let me make it easier for you to choose from a great quantity, here are the cuisines of the most delicious and desirable types, that I ate recently, to hand-pick from:

1. Barbeque Chicken: When it comes to barbecued chicken, everyone wants that nice thick glaze of sauce attached to the skin, and the only way to do it, is to brush it on as it cooks. Consequently, the chef had concocted it with red, yellow and green bell peppers, with the addition of barbeque sauces and herbs. And, thus therein lies the process. Because of the sugar content, it only took a minute for a barbecue sauce to go from brick-red to solid black. I just 'marked' the chicken's vulnerable skin side, then devoured it all the way to cram down the chef's talent the way he cooked it through in a closed grill, brushing on the glaze of it. Amazing!

A special blend of spices called “chole masala” made by dry roasting ingredients like cumin, cloves, coriander, peppercorn, cardamom etc. had been added into it to bring out a spicy and tempting Punjabi flavour from it. Mouth-watering!

5. Golden Corn Polao: Corn Pulao is nutritious and easy to make Indian rice dish which is not the usual peas pulao. The star ingredients of the chef which differentiates this Indian style corn pulao recipe from other similar pulaos , of individual eateries are American sweet corn kernels, basmati rice and Indian spices. However, they alone don’t make it irresistible, the real crux lies in the trick with which it is cooked. And the way it was concocted, was extremely appetizing. Spiced and tasty!

6: Malai Kofte with Masala Kulcha: Malai Kofta is a popular as well as most sought after vegetarian Indian dish in any restaurants. Here, malai means cream and Kofta are fried dumpling balls.

In this restaurant, the delicious Koftas were made with paneer and potatoes. They were crisp as well as melt in the mouth. These flavorful koftas were dunked in a smooth, mildly sweet and lighted spiced curry. Where the curry was prepared from ground cashew paste, onion paste and tomato puree. At the ultimate, it was garnished with the caress of cream. Therefore, the combination of kofta with curry tasted amazing. And it was well served with Masala Kulcha. It tasted soft and delicious with spicy masala stuffing, plus, it paired up great with the Malai Kofta.
