The Fatty Bao has decided to fulfil all your mango cravings this summer with a range of mango-based desserts and drinks.

Asian Gastrobar The Fatty Bao is all set to welcome the main attraction of summers, the king of fruits – mango. The full-fledged mango menu has an array of mouthwatering desserts, all with an interesting Asian twist, influenced by the flavours of Asia from Thailand to Japan.

We bet you cannot resist the luscious mango pudding with coconut ice cream, pistachio sponge, mango passion fruit gel and milk meringue, which is an interpretation of a Thailand street food made of coconut and rice pudding with fresh mangoes. Such tropical vibes, much wow!

The drinks menu is also loaded up on mango. Imagine yourself sipping on classic cocktails with a twist with green and ripe mangoes like the Go Mango Merry where the classic Bloody Mary gets a makeover with raw mangoes (not tomatoes) and a sinful combination of vodka, peppers, jalapeno and tamarind.

If you love a martini, then get your soul groovy with the Tangotini where the classic drink gets dressed up in mango and kaffir lime, with a dash of Cointreau and bitters.

Or how about a sangria? Try out their special mango version of the queen of cocktails, with wine infused with mango and peaches and a dash of rum as well.
