This Republic Day Brunch Is Offering The Best Regional Foods, Including 15 Kinds of Dosas

Make the best of the long weekend with the brunches at JW Marriott from January 26 to 28 at the all-day dining restaurant, JW Kitchen. The interactive kitchens and stations will be serving an expansive selection featuring traditional Indian cuisine {think Malabar fish curries,  tandoori jhinga, dum ki raan, nihari and sheermal} with selections from various live counters.

The live Indian station will serve regular favorites like subz zafrani biryani, Kolkata gosht biryani, chingri malai curry and kosha mangsho. A live dosa counter will also be open, which will serve 15 different varieties of dosas and 6 kinds of chutney.

Anything Else?

The buffet menu also has an unlimited selection of sangrias and beers.

Cost: On 26 and 27, INR 1,500 for buffet + unlimited beer & sangria and INR 2,500 for buffet + premium beverage. On 28 January, it’s INR 1,850 for buffet + unlimited beer & sangria. All prices are all-inclusive.
