What is it?
From a colour-changing cocktail to a bhaang-infused one, from a haatkey take on the Bloody Mary to a martini with activated charcoal in it, Bodega has the most innovative drinks. These aren’t just great to sip on, the presentation too will blow your mind. The signature cocktails – with a broad use of fresh fruits, purees, homemade bitters and flowers – showcase international and local flavours.
What Did I Love?
Everything! All the cocktails are Instagrammable, but the winner was Dusk to Dawn {INR 395} which changes colour from a nice shade of blue to purple. Made with Beefeater London Dry Gin, lime, tonic cordial, Asian sap and electric bitters, this one is a beauty.
Anything Else?
As a part of Bars Against Drunk Driving, Bodega has an Uber booking system. So make sure you either book a cab or have someone drive you home after a session of these heady concoctions.
