What's Happening

Home chef Elika Awomi is back with her north-eastern style food pop up, and the menu is keeping us drooling. After charming Bangalore with her delicious dishes, Elika of El's Kitchen has been hosting these pop-ups for a year-and-a-half now in Kolkata.

Like other times this time, too, she is bringing in a bunch of ingredients from her home town in Nagaland to treat us to special Naga and Manipuri dishes. A rarity to find authentic northeastern food in Kolkata, this one will have favourites like smoked pok made in Naga style, Akhuni with lard, Manipuri style veg dish Ooty and a whole lot more. The things to lookout for (as Elika says) are the sticky rice (she is getting them from her farm in Nagaland) and the El's special pork Kangou and chutney.

How's The Venue

El will be hosting you up at her place for lunch or dinner.

Price Includes

An unlimited course of eight dishes, the spread is priced at INR 1,000 per person.
