Deck The Halls: Flurys Has Started Their Cake Mixing

What's Happening

We don't know much about Santa Claus coming to town, but we are pretty certain you wouldn't want to miss the next best thing. Yes, Flurys has already had their ages-old cake mixing ceremony and it won't be long before you will be able to get your hands on those scrumptious Christmas cakes.

A tradition they have been hosting since the birth year of Flurys in 1927, this year was no less grand. Raisins, berries, cherries were all crafted to make a cute Santa on a huge table. Cinnamon powder, castor sugar, ginger powder and heaps of other spices were all lined up, ready to go into the mix. No cake mix would be complete without the spirits, of course. Bottles of rum and whisky were poured into the mix, as the cake mixing commenced.

We could hardly keep our calm as it was going on, and we know you are dying to get your share! We hear that the mix has already been sent to ovens, and the cakes will be ready to get our hands on from the first week of December itself!
