Ziplining, Segways, Food & Music: Bookmark This Winter Carnival For Fun, And For A Good Cause
13 Jan 2019
Imagine having a great day filled with all things fun and joy, while doing it all for a great cause. Well, here's your opportunity. The Alliance City of Joy Charitable Trust is initiating a project to build schools for the underprivileged, under the campaign of Street to School. And they have organised a carnival to raise funds for the same. They have something for all age groups. Be it tiny toddlers, or you and your group of friends. Things to look forwards to are obstacle courses, a giant trampoline, net cricket and more. Keep busy through the day engaging in activities like ziplining and riding a segway, hoola hoop, etc.
Kids can enjoy a magic and a puppet show and paint themselves with their fave characters at the Tattoo Corner. The menu for the carnival is seriously varied - pizzas, rolls, chaats and litti chokha, - they have it all. If you are budding chef, show off your skills in a non-flame cooking competition. Or test your luck at the tambola or lucky draw.
And they've got live music too - sway to the tunes of well-known bands from the city and some from Mumbai.
Everything that you spend on this carnival will be directly used as funds for the school.
How's The Venue
The carnival will be held on the lawns of P. C. Chandra Gardens.
The entry fee is INR 300.
