We have already given you enough gyaan on how the frightening summers have arrived, but we just can’t get over giving you enough wardrobe ideas to deal with impending heat. We mapped out this little shop, only about six months old, which stocks an interesting collection of dresses, kurtas, and even gowns that go great with your afternoon lunch session with the squad or #OOTD goals at work. Icktara, located next to Shri Shikshayatan College, has a range of prints and weaves from ikkat to trendy stripes to colour blocks.

What really stood out were the imaginative cuts. For instance, a grey and pink one had one sleeve, another was a tie-up, jacket-style dress. A halter neck maxi dress had an eye-catching pattern and a chic boho look. If you’re into drapes, check out some of  the collared dresses in with a draped fall on the sides. Other details such as the little pleats on the sleeves or patchwork on the front with buttons on the collars all give a chic and trendy look. You can wear them as dresses or with leggings. If you want any customisation, they will do that as well. The dresses and kurta dresses are from around INR 2,000.
