Tell Me More

Imagine listening to classical music in the middle of a cemetery, surrounded by trees {the cemetery has over 300 varieties}, graves, sepulchres, and plaques. The South Park Street Cemetery is all set to host a concert by a string quartet and a pianist — expect 17th and early 18th century Baroque composers such as Antonio Lucio Vivaldi, Johann Sebastian Bach and George Frederick Handel. This will be the first concert ever at this historic cemetery.

Enjoy the sublime music and look around at the amazing tomb designs which have influences from Greece, Rome, Turkey {as well as Mughal and Hindu}. We have written about this place before — read about it here and here.
