What's Happening

Interested in history and art? Head to Kolkata Centre for Creativity for a very special exhibition of art objects organised to celebrate International Museum Day.

KKCC, along with the Indian Museum, have jointly curated 'Rhythm: Goddesses, Games and Music' - an exposition of contemporary and heritage art objects, which will take place at the Ashutosh Birth Centenary Hall inside Indian Museum. You can attend the exhibition between 11 am and 6 pm until June 1.

The inauguration will take place on Saturday, May 18 at 5 pm. Make sure you are there! 

How's The Venue

Kolkata boasts of one of the most-visited and largest museums in the country, the Indian Museum. It’s also the ninth oldest in the world (it was founded back in 1814). The most popular attractions are definitely the Egyptian ‘mummy’ and relics from the Indus Valley civilisation. You could spend the better part of a morning here – there’s a lot to see.
