Load Up On Asian Food At This Steamy Festival

Load up on authentic Pan-Asian cuisine at the Steam and Roll Food Festival underway at The Studio restaurant in Novotel Kolkata. The menu has been curated by senior sous chef of the Benjamin Lalhmangaiha. Choose from a wide range of dim sum, sushi, Yasai Uramaki Vegetable Tempura Roll, Crab Stick and Avocado Uramaki Roll, Darjeeling Momos, Japanese Gyoza, Potato Starch Crystal Dumpling and Steamed Bao.
The dishes are part of a buffet, priced at INR 599 plus taxes for veg and INR 699 plus taxes for non-veg.
