A short workshop where you will be taught hands-on how to grow your food organically in containers and small plots in your house. You’ll get all the info you need on potting mixes, soil and seeds and growing seasonal local, healthy food in the city’s limited spaces. Bye bye, processed food!
This Urban Gardening Workshop Teaches You How To Grow Fruits & Veggies At Home

What Is It?
Who Is It For?
If you want the wholesomeness of organic, homegrown food, or if you just want to learn the basics of gardening but don’t know how or what to grow, this workshop might just be for you! You’ll get to know all the how-tos of gardening, be it controlling pests and diseases or how to make compost.
Why Should I Go?
Don’t mistake it for just a workshop, though. Apart from all the gardening, you’ll also get to spend a whole day at their multi-cropping farm, in the coolness of a mud house. In fact, they will even be serving a farm-grown organic vegetarian lunch! Also, the workshop will take place near Shantiniketan, so that means a Saturday road trip and a learning experience!
