What Makes It Awesome?

One Step Up at Tardev is impressive. Ground plus 2 levels. Done up well. Family Restaurant which serves north Indian andContinental food with a Twist.
Coming to what we had yesterday:
Gin Based cocktail which was balanced well.

Pepper Tomato Rasam with Idli Fritters is not to miss SOUP - Tangy / Pepper hitting you. Scallions/vegetables along with fried Idli. Southern touch - Chettinad to be precise.

Quinoa Chaat: Got flavours of Mumbai Bhel (Tamarind was a bit overpowering) with dates chutney. Presented well. Missed out the Punch. Overall good.

Paneer Tikka Samosa with Hummus (Innovative) served in cutting Chai short glass. The hummus was good. Lovely texture/smooth with a nice balance of Tahini. Samosa also had a Paneer rather than the normal aloo. The overall combination went well. Full marks.

Pepper Sliders: This had Bbq (shredded chicken) with a bit of southern touch as well. Presented well. The bread was fresh. Not messy. The balance was good. Sweet and tangy.

Masaledar Chole Kulche - do try this. Lovely presentation. Kulcha stuffed with potatoes and spices (onion/cilantro/chillies) nice stuffing. Chole had that Delhi touch to it. Peppery / tamarind balance. Served with onions.

Overall, this place has a lot of potential, a good push, and marketing.

Ps.they have a lounge on the top level which also has a big screen, apt for sports or conferences
