With three different classes (beginner, intermediate and advanced) to meet the needs of all of their members, Alpha 7 Seas programs their workout as per the needs of the individual focusing on weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance, mobility and strength. Workouts are typically short – 20 minutes or less – and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. They combine movements such as running, rowing, jumping rope, weightlifting, gymnastics, as well as numerous bodyweight exercises.
