Rude Lounge-
An upscale after-hours lounge experience. I was fortunate to see craft rum selections in the menu due to ongoing Rum festival.
This lounge is located on link road Chincholi bunder. I took the elevator right up to the rooftop and was impressed by the decor. Their DJ entertains with the hottest music offering a variety of musical genres.
Blue leaf-
Refreshing cocktail crafted in the blends of pineapple, curacoa, rum and lime. Curacao flavour accented the rum well.
Tropical cocoon-
A thick blend of Bacardi rum, mango, coconut syrup and mint leaves. The coconut syrup in ice cubes gives a nice touch.
Gunne aur rum ki sheek-
Super starter where Rum is poured and flammed on the chicken kabab rolled onto sugarcane sticks. Good presentation. The kabab was medium spicy and full of flavours.
Rum butter prawns-
Juicy prawns coated with crispy tempura batter crumbs and dipped in interesting sauce. Again the rum was poured onto prawns to give boozy touch and flavours.
Chicken biryani-
Biryani with good chicken masala and served in a beer glass. Superbly seasoned with the ground masala.
I had a wonderful experience of their Rum festival, a quality bargain from all perspective.
