Apple Cider & Ginger Ale: The Good Catlick Is A Home Brewery We're Bookmarking

A home brewery started about a month ago by Romeo Dias and Nidhi Arya, The Good Catlick is inspired by the Catholic tradition of home brewing on festivals. Currently brewing non-alcoholic, probiotic and zero-sugar concoctions, you can order in ginger ale and apple cider {INR 200 for 200 ml}.

While Romel handles the brewing, Nidhi takes care of marketing. What makes The Good Catlick stand out is their attention to detail. Their ingredients are painstakingly researched and sourced and they try to keep it sustainable.

Currently serving non-alcoholic brews, we hope they bless us with some alcoholic beverages soon.

They are not available commercially yet, but you can find them at pop-ups {they put up a stall at The Listening Sessions at Harkat Studios last}. But hey, you can always order in as they deliver all across Mumbai.

The brewery comes as a breath of fresh air for anyone looking to move over from the regular. Pour some and think about the good things, we say.
