Hakka cuisine, or Kuh-chia cuisine, is the cooking style of the Hakka people, but the one we eat at Trofima is an Indian Chinese version of the original cuisine. The Veg Hakka Noodles we had may be described as outwardly simple but rich in taste. The pragmatic and yet simple noodles were garnished lightly with spring onion & little flavouring. The Noodles were tossed in spring onion, carrot, bell peppers, cabbage, and chef's special seasoning. Noodles were thick and translucent just the way it should be.
