Think You Have A Large Appetite? We Bet You Can't Eat These Pizzas On Your Own

What Is It?

An artisan pizza delivery brand, Baking Bad {originally from Delhi} has opened its first outlet in Andheri’s Lokhandwala. The menu focuses on gourmet rustic Napoli thin-crust wood-fired pizzas. We decided to sample some, and here’s what we think.

What We Love

We tried four pizzas, and what drove us crazy was the size, apart from the flavours. From 9.5 inch pies to a whopper 17.5 inches, they’ve got them all. Since we were a largish group, we had the biggest they had to offer and were thrilled to realise that it would suffice.

With two vegetarian {The Acropolis & The Hot Spot Veg} and two non-vegetarian {The Rustic & The Heisenberg} options to dig into, we didn’t stop for anything. We can truly say that we did them justice. Not just that, we also had a side of chicken wings {Spicy Buffalo Wings & BBQ Wings} and their famous New York Baked Cheesecakes to sample.

The pizzas were great, full of flavour, juicy and tasted even better after leaving them in the fridge for an hour or two. We actually loved their vegetarian options more, because the toppings worked really well together and the flavours were fantastic.

The chicken wings were juicy and spicy at the same time, so that’s a plus! The cheesecake was passed around and over pretty quick because it wasn’t very sweet, just the way we like it.

So, We’re Saying…

They’ve recently introduced the Neopolitan-style crust, and they plan to introduce a line of healthy and gluten-free pizzas soon.

While it’s only home delivery, it’s worth it if you have a large group coming over or are in the mood to finish a 17.5 incher by yourself!
