Lighthouse Café – Wanted to be here for the gigantic pizza and I finally made my time for that. So Place is perfect from the ambiance POV and really lit décor. They have two sections for seating, board games to play on and big screen for live matches. Music is perfect addition and keeps vibe positive.
I started off my lunch with some chilled beer for which I ordered a Bira Boot Glass from their Challengers menu. So this was a 750 ML chilled beer just perfect for the October heat indeed.
Ordered Oriental pepper and garlic prawns (Rating 4.5/5) - Prawns were cooked nicely, and the buttery gravy was well accompanied and I loved its glaze. The quantity however was less I suppose I mean just 5? Nevertheless, presentation was to the point and prawns didn’t feel that smelly which I usually worry about.
Meat lovers Chicago Style Pizza (Rating 5/5) – It deserves all the rave it has received so far. P.s. It takes atleast an hour to make so if you planning to order it, time your order accordingly. This 1.2kg gigantic pizza is loaded with minced chicken meat and with oodles of mozzarella cheese. You are not going to be disappointed with this order. Make sure there are 4 people to finish this else you might just end up wasting it, trust me. Worth the price? Totally! Highly recommended to try it out there.
Lastly I had Caramel Cheesecake (Rating 5/5) – One word, Dessertheaven! Firstly the size, I mean this huge cheese cake is rarely seen plus the texture of the cheesecake was never had before. Very soft velvety, and the bread base was so fragile and soft that I loved theirs from all the major cheesecake outlets in and around Mumbai. The caramel top wasn’t too sweet so was better that ways. Order it for sure.
It was a beautiful experience to be out there and would highly recommend one to visit it.
