We’re the happiest when we find hidden gems. So, we embarked on a journey to find some on the streets of Bandra and boy did we find one. Meet Flory Gomes, the owner of this stall outside Parry Wines on John Baptist Road. The stall is literally two tables joined together that display the day’s catch. From Mandeli fry (INR 10 a piece) to Bangda (INR 40 a piece) – you can really go to town here.

We tried the chicken cutlet, a fat patty with chicken mince and potato (INR 40) that gave us the energy kick to last the evening. If you’re not exactly looking to pig put on fried food, you can opt for their chakna (boiled chickpeas) and more.
