Foo's Fiery Edit

What's Happening

Foo at High Street Phoenix is hosting a food festival celebrating all things spicy! The pan-asian eatery known for its dimsums and Asian small plates is shining the spotlight on the humble chili in all its different variations.

Call yourself a chili connoisseur? Well you'll have a chance to test your knowledge as they're serving up dishes that feature everything from Red Paprika, Red Habanero, Jalapenos and Poblano chillies from Mexico and the legendary Ghost Chilly and Dry Naga Chilly too. They're putting together dishes that showcase these chilies to their best, like the Jalapeno Chilli Chicken Dumpling or for the truly adventurous, Naga Chilli Prawns Tempura Roll. And in case you missed out on the joys of chili ice-cream, you can absolutely fix that here with their Habanero Chilli Chocolate Ice Cream. The options don't just stop with food though, they're also curating a cocktail menu to go with. There's a Tom Yum Punch made with Absolut Blue, sweet & chilli pepper, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and citrus and a Foo Gibson made with Absolut Blue and chilli pickle, two of the 6 special cocktails they're curating.

So if this sounds interesting, and why wouldn't it, head to Foo at High Street Phoenix from November 15 to December 15 to try out this special pop-up menu.
