They're putting together dishes that showcase these chilies to their best, like the Jalapeno Chilli Chicken Dumpling or for the truly adventurous, Naga Chilli Prawns Tempura Roll. And in case you missed out on the joys of chili ice-cream, you can absolutely fix that here with their Habanero Chilli Chocolate Ice Cream. The options don't just stop with food though, they're also curating a cocktail menu to go with. There's a Tom Yum Punch made with Absolut Blue, sweet & chilli pepper, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and citrus and a Foo Gibson made with Absolut Blue and chilli pickle, two of the 6 special cocktails they're curating.
