Gin based cocktail, a perplex of Kokum & lychee with a hint of curry leaves, strong yet subtle, absolutely loved this

Refreshingly sweet infused with tangerine slices, the sweet intoxicated high this was super quenching.
Appetizers
Almond grit cream cheese broccoli
Broccoli florets drenched in cream topped with crunchy almond slivers absolute delight loved it, super yum. A lovely vegetarian option. Go for it.
Dynamite Prawns
Tiger Prawns in mayo creamy texture with a hit of wasabi #TooStrong a miss for me but was liked by my mum #varies from palate to palate.
Butter chicken devilled eggs
Boiled eggs cut into halves with the yolk partially scooped out and deep fried, the hollow is stuff with butter chicken was yumazing.
CRAB :Thai Chilli & Lemon Butter Garlic
Scrumptious!! Crab meat in a thick soupy semi thick consistency infused with peppers, the lemon essence was lovely with a mild spicy hit

Kadai Ni Mach
Fishtastic!! Whole pompret in rustic marinated + sautéed onion tomatoes tempered with curry with leaves & spices beautifully infused with flavours had it all sweet/tangy/spicy accompanied with butter Naan, lovely presentation, well plated.
Ceylon stew with coconut rice
Suaaaaave!! The essence will get your nasal buds tingling & leave you salivating for more..!! Sri Lankan Stew
Vegetables stewed in coconut milk lovely essence, I loved the potato in the strew it was beautifully cooked, complemented the coconut rice well
Ps: The coconut rice was a delight don't miss on this..!!
