The 'Fly Beyond' dinner promises to be bigger with its most celebrated mixologist and 7-year global brand ambassador, Dimitri Lezinska himself hosting the guests. This awesome evening will witness a four-course meal, each paired with a bespoke Grey Goose cocktail. So get ready to experience the true Grey Goose flavours.

The Clearing House

Kick start the first chapter of this elegant sit-down dinner at The Clearing House in Fort on November 20th. Choose from Smashed Avocado or Salmon Crackers paired with Grey Goose Citron Presse. Follow that up with perfectly made Beetroot or Mustard Prawn entrees along with sips of Grey Goose L’Orange Yuzu Negroni. Indulge your appetite with delectable mains—Asian Spiced Pork Belly, Tuna Tataki, Soba Noodles and Seared Teriyaki Tofu, and raise a toast with Grey Goose Umai. End the evening with desserts such as Water Ganache or Classic Crème Brulee paired with the Grey Goose Expresso Martini.

Slink & Bardot

The second chapter of the month of this sit-down dinner will take place at Slink & Bardot in Worli on November 21st. It promises a French rendezvous with delicious canapes comprising White Asparagus with Champagne, Parmesan & Pancetta Crumble, Brandied Chicken Liver Parfait, Tartine, Vegetable & Goat Cheese Terrine and Truffled French fries. Next up would be the Amuse Bouches with Blue Cheese Croquette and Peppered Salmon with the GG Citron Presse. Lead the entrées with Crab Roulade or Baked Beetroot along with the GG L’Orange Yuzu Negroni. 

Indulge in a plate of Guinea Fowl, Liver Parfait Cigar & Pickled Enoki Mushrooms or Butternut Squash Ravioli, Gorgonzola  & Almonds, paired with the GG Umai.
