Treehouses & An Organic Garden: Head To This Resort Near Mumbai

Beat the heat with a short and quick getaway to an amazing seaside resort nestled in a peaceful island – Manoribel. Lounge by the beach, snap the breath-taking sunset view and party hard at night or simply lie-down and enjoy the star-studded nights. The best part? You don’t have to travel much. This nature’s paradise is just 15-20 km away from Mumbai.

What Makes It Awesome

Lush palm trees, tropical birds, exotic flora and a cute hammock by the garden: this place gives us major Goa vibes. What we loved about this place is its expansive garden and plantation which they call it ‘Kitchen Garden’ includes coconuts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. All of which is used to cook an authentic traditional meal for you. Want to take some plants back home? Pick up some from their in-house nursery.

Almost all the rooms in this resort are blessed with either a sea-facing or a garden-facing view. From private cottages to treehouses – they have a variety of rooms for offer. Full of natural light and breeze, we’d recommend you stay in the lovely treehouses for an exotic nature experience. Yoga room, business centre, restaurant and bar – they have most amenities which you can access.

If you’re on a busy schedule and cannot spend a night there, they have a one-day pass as well – which allows to scroll through the premises and access the restaurant.

There are a bunch of places near the resort which you can check out. There’s Essel World, Pagoda (internationally known meditation centre), couple of 16th-century churches and historic temples and an East Indian museum.

The place is almost always booked so be sure you book your stay in advance.

Prices: The cottages start at INR 6,800, the Garden Facing rooms start at INR 4,200 and the Treehouse start at INR 4,300
