Freshyy Is The New Health Joint In Malad For Healthy Salads & Smoothies

With very limited health food options in Evershine Nagar, Malad West, this place caught our attention. Its a fairly new place in the area but anyway we decided to try it out! This place specialises in health food and also do serve all day breakfast.

They have a decent list of dishes to choose from in salads, smoothies/juices, sandwiches and pasta as well. The menu is very well thought and the chef has some beautiful salads to try out. We ordered the apple date & blue cheese salad for INR 260 which was absolutely yummy. We also ordered for an eggwhite omelette for INR 170 and watermelon feta salad, which was a perfect summer salad to beat the heat and so refreshing!

We also ordered for the Viagra {yes, you read it right} smoothie for INR 170, which was a mix of coconut water, oats, figs and basil.

The place is really small, so the seating arrangement is not really comfortable. They have very limited seating. So if you are looking for an ambience this is not the place. Ordering it at home would be a better option!

They do have an option to build a salad of your choice. So if you are clear on what you want, you have the option to build your own salad.

This place is reasonably priced and the quantity is good. Pretty much value for money and a nice healthy food joint to try!
