The pop-up is happening on April 13, 14 and 15. Le Mill, a luxury fashion concept store in South Mumbai, is celebrating wellness month in April. The pop-up is launching the month-long celebrations.
The concept behind the pop-up is to offer wholesome world cuisine with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Sequel uses 100% organic dry produce. With a global menu, the stone-ground chocolate for the desserts comes from Mexico; the organic white and black quinoa, acai berries and cacao from Peru; walnuts from Kashmir and so on. The entire menu is gluten-free and with no chemical preservatives.
You can buy vegan salads, cold-pressed juices and smoothies to help your diet stay on course. For those of you with a sweet tooth and a strict no sugar, no flour policy, Sequel is the answer to your prayers. You can buy gluten-free desserts made from natural sweeteners.
The pop up will sell super food crackers, energy balls, granola, crackers, nut butter and gluten-free breads {flaxseed, super seed and nut loaf} to take away. They will also take orders on custom-made artisanal bread with a 24- hour prior notice.
The pop-up will be ongoing from 11am to 7pm on all three days.
