There is a a performing arts space in Bandra by the name of House of W.O.W where you can watch plays, go for workshops, musical performances and guess what, it also serves as a really great fitness studio.

Bandra’s a buzzing hub of culture, and we aren’t surprised that it has so many such hidden places of the arts. At the House of W.O.W, started by Riddhi Gupta, you can attend a mat pilates workshop one day, and hip to the hop the other. Riddhi Gupta, always having been a dancer herself, takes lessons in the fun form masala bhangra.
A list of some other classes taken here are social dance forms such as salsa, kizomba, tango and bachata. There are urban hip hop, belly dance and Bollywood classes too. This weekend, they’re even starting a Chinese meditation class. When it comes to simply working out, there’s zumba, danzafit, pilates and even taekwondo and qigong you can learn here.
The space is beautiful, and has a french-inspired décor, which we always find inspiring for a good day to come, oui?
