You'll even find hand sanitizers at the stall. What wowed us was the fact that their pani puri is dispensed, well, by an actual pani puri machine. You receive a plate with puris stuffed with dry filling, and you get to take each puri to the machine's dispenser, which senses your hand holding up the puri, and dispenses the water.
