What Is It?

An evening of Christmas carols with Bandra locals that promises a lot of fun, laughter, treats for the young and old, and of course, Santa!

Who Is It For?

for anyone who would like to see a street party filled with good cheer! Yes, Bandra Carols is all about getting together and making merry, all while spreading the Christmas cheer! An event that was started by the residents of St. Anthony’s Road – where musicians got together with the locals, as did bhelwallas, dos wallahs and aunties selling cutlets {everything would get wiped away}, Bandra Carols is a vivacious event now hosted by the locals of Convent street.

The residents of this leafy Bandra bylane are raring to go, supported by the expertise of the St Anthony’s residents, plus Kris Kringles from the neighbouring St Cyril’s and St Leo’s road and even Turner Road. Secret Santas have popped up offering more gifts for the children and musicians are gearing up to showcase their talents – all for the spirit of Christmas.

Why Should I Go For It?

Because ’tis the season to be jolly, after all. And also because the line-up includes Chelsea Das, Marie Paul, Brian Tellis, Sidd Coutto, Dr Victor, Edward Mendes, Dominique Cerejo, Siddharth Meghani and Sharon Prabhakar amongst others. So look forward to an evening of joy with melodies of happiness playing all around.

Anything Else?

The event will take place on December 20 on Convent Street {from Candie’s going to the Bandra Gymkhana, hang left and you will be there} 6:30pm onwards. The only ticket required is that you bring along a heart full of Christmas goodwill. Yes, that means entry is free.
