Running a marathon is a serious challenge, one that requires months of preparation, constant training, and the good old will power. If you just woke up and thought, I am going run a marathon; it’s not gonna happen bruh!
Well, you may have missed out on the marathon last week, but you can start working on your fitness right away. What you need though is someone who will show you exactly what to do. Meet Juhi Godambe – a personal style blogger who like many, took up the challenge to run a half marathon and has put in a lot of work to achieve the fitness level required for the run. Set Short-Term Goals

Warming up and cooling down is essential to your prep. This should be your top thing to do for any kind of physical exercise, and not just running. Stretching prepares your muscles for the hard physical labour that’s in offing.

The Sense Of Achievement Is Incredible
I did it guys! What an experience!!! Mumbai is undoubtedly the most beautiful city all because of its people and not just its exterior beauty! Cannot begin to explain how amazing it felt when the crowd cheered us while we ran ❤️also a salute to Mumbai police for working so hard to keep thousands of us safe! So grateful! SCMM was one of the best experiences I've ever had, never imagined I would do a 21KM without stopping even once and sprinting my way to the finish line! Thank you @nikerunning for making this happen! 💪🏼🏃🏻♀️Once a runner girl, always a runner girl!
