Kick Some Butt

Taekwando is a Korean form of martial arts that involves high-kicks, jumping, spinning and head-high kicks. In comparison to other forms of martial arts, it is known for its high-intense defense and attack techniques, which are more aggressive and effective. Age-no-bar, anyone can learn Taekwando, from a kid to an adult.

The Korean Combat Martial Arts Academy is affiliated to Taekwando Academy of India under World Taekwando Federation and International Association of Mumbai.

What We Love

It’s a great way to learn self-defence and strengthen your core muscles and be prepared to fend of attackers in the worst-case scenarios. For men and women both, learn to kick some serious butt and at the same time work on building a strong body. It works with calf muscles, and forearm muscles and the abdomen.

To join the classes, the Academy takes classes across the city at House of Wow, K.D Learning Centre, Tanay Hall and Cosmpoliton School. For INR 1,999 for eight sessions {via Fitternity} one can sign up for the monthly classes.

So, We're Saying...

Learn to defend yourself and get strong by learning Taekwando.
