Title Waves, Bandra West

Maati makes hand-crafted and hand-woven products for women, and their designs are an eclectic mix of traditional styling with Mughal-inspired anarkalis and long kurtas. Their store in Powai Plaza has a range of Mughal-style kurtis (INR 2,000), dresses (INR 1,600) and shoes (INR 1,500). We found their terracotta jewellery (INR 1,500) to be mesmerising and silver jewellery, soothing.

Run by Mr.Raja since 50 years, the shop has a fantastic collection of brands like Seiko, Rolex, Rado, Favre-Leuba, Omega etc. The shop collects a wide variety of vintage watches from all around the world and repairs them to sell them again. Along with wrist watches, the shop also has an impressive collection of Swiss and London pocket watches from Mahatma Gandhi’s era.
