If you love Japanese food and can't get enough of it, this workshop was made for you. In this completely hands-on and fully guided workshop, you'll tread the slightly less conventional path, overtaking Sushi and Sashimi, to learn how to make your own Ramen, Gyozas, Tempuras and even Japanese Mayonnaise. Using only fresh ingredients, there is a separate menu for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and the cooking techniques stay the same for both.
