Khichdi Etc has outlets at many places in Ahmedabad. Been to this outlet last month when I was in Ahmedabad.

1. Vegetable Masala Khichdi - Desi Khichdi with added vegetables and Indian spices. Tastes absolutely delicious.
2. Sichuan Khichdi: It's basically the Chinese version of khichdi with added veggies and schezwan sauce. So so taste. Definitely recommended for people who love Chinese.
