Carousel – The Bake About is a made to order home bakery run by Mumbai-based and Le Cordon Bleu- trained Maitri Gandhi. After doing her graduation in Mass Media, she realised her heart’s true calling and decided to carve her own path in the wonderful world of dessert. She has also assisted Pooja Dhingra, who owns Le 15.
The stunning desserts are made from the finest of ingredients and a lot of love. Delivered all across the city, their specials include Nutella mousse cake, signature red velvet cake, signature carousel chocolate fudge brownies and tea cakes. The bakery also makes amazing cupcakes, macarons, tarts, cheesecakes, liqueur cakes, muffins and dessert jars. Their signature cake is the wedding and celebration no fondant tier cake which looks and tastes amazing.
The Perfect Gift For Valentine’s Day
Maitri has designed a special Valentine’s box for the gifting season. The box of four large or six regular cupcakes is for INR 350 topped with V-day-themed icing. They are absolutely gorgeous.
