2018 Is Gonna Be Epic: 5 New Eateries To Look Forward To

The new year is here and it brings with it hope, love and a lot of great food and drinks. Foodies, this year is full of new launches, and here’s all that you should look forward to in 2018 {we’ll keep adding to this list, worry not}.

Soon to be launched, Plate & Pint is the brainchild of Monaz Irani, a student of Le Cordon Bleu. Think dessert and drinks, pizza and much more at this all day cafe. We spotted rainbow macarons!

A 100-seater Goan and Portuguese restaurant will be opened at Juhu Tara Road. With dishes, flavours, ingredients, history and the spirit of Goa, and Portugal intact, we’re really looking forward to this one. Ingredients like vinegar, jaggery, chorizo and poie will be sourced from Goa to maintain authenticity.

The first lounge on a boat, Ark Deck & Bar is all set to launch in the first week of January. Spread over 3 levels and with a capacity for 100 people, Ark will sail 1.6 kms off the coast into the sea and will receive guests at the Bandra sea link jetty, bang opposite the Taj Lands End.

The popular bar is extending the party to Kamala Mills in 2018. Expect great drinks on a rooftop, a private dining area, karaoke and match screenings. Boy, 2018 does look brighter already!

A soon-to-be-launched delivery service in Andheri, it’ll be doling out Burmese cuisine. Expect garnish salads, khao suey, mohinga and flat breads. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for this one.
