Called Vee & Bee's Delectables, this takeaway home eatery was kickstarted in August 2020 by two passionate home chefs - Bharti Chotirmall and Vedika Chotirmall. The former being from Indonesia started this passion project to bring the country's culture and authentic cuisine to Mumbai. So, this local brand should be your go-to for an authentic Indonesian meal.
Expect lip-smacking Indonesian delicacies including coconut-based rice, tofu satays, Indonesian fried rice (aka Nasi Goreng), turmeric rice, Indonesian fruit salad with jaggery sauce (health freaks, this one's for y'all) or the classic Gado Gado (Indonesian salad with peanut sauce). The best part? All the ingredients used to make these dishes are sourced directly from Jakarta.
