And as a huge fan of regional food, I was quite excited to come across Every Aroma, a home catering and food delivery service run by Reshma Mane.
Reshma's been running Every Aroma for 10 years and what started out as a passion learned in her family kitchen has expanded to a catering business that explores love for our rich regional cuisines. Every week, Reshma cooks up a feast be it Kolhapur (her home cuisine) to specialities from various regions like Koli cuisine, Kerala cuisine, Mughlai, Punjabi and more. What gives these dishes their authentic flavour is the fact that the spices and masalas like Reshma's own 'tikhat masala', a Kolhapuri staple, are sourced from home chefs who specialise in those particular spices and pastes. Each week, she releases a new menu of specials that you can pre-order for your weekend meal and you can opt for individual dishes or a complete well-rounded feast. We spotted Mutton Roast With Iddiappam, Smoked Punjabi Butter Prawns with Rice, Mutton Loncha, Chicken Kolhapuri and more. The menu changes each week with a fresh batch of options. You can opt for a single portion or a double portion of each dish plus roti to go with. There's no minimum order.
How to order: Here's how you can place your order. First off, follow Every Aroma Catererson Instagram. Choose the dish/dishes when the new menu comes out. DM or Whatsapp her your order on 9819875010. Pay in advance via Gpay, Paytm or Bank Transfer. Orders to be placed 48 hours in advance.
Where they deliver: Delivery across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Delivery is contactless via delivery partners. A single portion will cost you on average between INR 200 to INR 300. Delivery charges are as per the courier rate.
