This isn’t about tips and over-the-top tricks, but more to do with learning to trust your instinct. At the Bodyholics gym at Lokhandwala, Andheri, they train you in parkour so that you too can take up this exhilarating sport.

Here, there are training sessions twice a week where they teach you everything from spinning, hanging, running fast and climbing the artificial boulders in the gym. The aim is to give you complete control over your muscles and body, so as to perform the feat. Once you have learnt some of the basics, they make you try the tasks indoor. Post that, you can join groups of other people who do parkour in India and practice it. A workout session here costs INR 600.
