Derby is the place that you can not afford to miss. It is now talk of the town for their some amazing cuisines that includes modern Indian, Asian and European along with an array of speciality cocktails and mocktails.
Because it is a themed restaurant, they have an app where in you can play the derby and can bid for your horse. If your horse wins, you get discount on your bill. Basically Derby is a horse race and considered as sports in England.
The staff was courteous and helpful. Kishor who guided me through the menu, his recommendations were remarkable and excellent.

We ordered cocktail first and that were,

✔️ Derby's Raw papaya salad :
Bangkok style of preparation. It was made of Raw papaya, Tomato, Carrot and salted peanuts. I would love to go on diet if I get this kind of salad daily.
✔️ Mix vegetables and garlic wontons with chili oil :
Steamed wontons poured with the vegetable stock and along with some chilli oil.
✔️ Smoked mushroom galouti:
Presantation of galouti was literally so eye catchy. Huge galss bowl filled with smoke. And all galouti was placed in that smokey air. Soft and juicey galouti served with green chutney.
✔️ Edmame beans:
They serves delicious East Asian food too. I tried Edmame beans.
✔️ Mediterranean Bowl:
Bowl filled with the Tahini, grilled Panner piece, Carrot and zucchini noodles, hummus and spicy chickpeas. In bowl you will get everything as a colour wise, texture like crunchy, soft, spicy everything.
✔️ Cookie:
Soft and lipsmaking cookies serves on cold sizzling plate. Drizzled with chocolate sauce and crunchy almonds and scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
