    Purple Foodie Is Coming To Town This Winter With Her French Baking Classes

    What Is It?

    All of you, who’ve been buying but hoarding all your baking equipment, and pretending the inner chef doesn’t exist, this is your chance to unleash your love for new recipes. Hosting her annual baking classes, Purple Foodie, aka Shaheen Peerbhai, is bringing you a mix of new recipes and techniques to whip up some elaborate cakes and fancy brunch treats. Intrigued? Well, us too.

    Who Is It For?

    These sessions are pretty hardcore, so don’t go there trying to play about. This one is really for those who enjoy baking. That’s not to say novices are excluded. Noobs are more than welcome. Especially since some of the recipes will be simplified so you can easily replicate them at home. And with four distinct classes — including pastries, eggless desserts, brunch specials and even chocolate, you’ll find some pies to get your fingers into!

    Why Should I Go For It?

    For starters, you must go because it’s being hosted by Purple Foodie — Shaheen Peerbhai, an ace baker/culinarian and also popular food blogger based in London, and trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Paris and London. And with that kind of credibility, you know it’s unmissable! What we also love about these classes is that she will be using ingredients such as seasonal fruits and veggies, which you can easily find in the market! Shaheen will have eight, intense demo-based sessions over four days covering various levels of baking.
