Register & Attend A Midnight Cycling & Storytelling Tour This Weekend!

This midnight cycling tour will transcend you to the time when Bombay was a quaint little town under the British Raj. Our story traces the life-journey of a young Gujarati boy who came to Bombay to make a living, but his destiny had something else planned. From being one of the richest businessmen in Bombay to becoming the most hated man, his life was nothing less than an adventure. They called him "Kimayagar" or a magician who could make money out of anything, who turned this dusty old town into a paradise city. Bombay became an unparalleled Maya Nagari. In this midnight adventure, we will unravel a new side of Colaba and some of its iconic structures and how the "hero" of our story played a key role in their making. We end the story with an interesting story-tour-quiz and the winning team gets a special souvenir from "The Legend of Bombay Bards". 

Your storyteller for the night is Priyank Deshmukh and the cost per person is INR 1,199. Cycles, reflector jackets and helmets will be provided by us. In case you have your own cycles, you can join us. The cost for this is INR 699 per person. Please note that cycles and helmets are compulsory.

In case two people would like to cycle together, we also have tandem cycles, which will cost you INR 2,399 for two participants.

Reporting Time: 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Make sure you reach the venue at 9:30PM)

Starts & Ends at Kailash Parbat Restaurant, Colaba (Happy Cycles)

Things to wear:

1) Comfortable clothing appropriate for cycling

2) Sport shoes

Things To Be Carried: Original Photo ID (Mandatory)two litres of water & ready to eat snacks. A small backpack (to carry water, snacks, etc.). Electral powder / Glucon D / TangAny personal medicines as required.

Itinerary

10:00 PM - We meet and greet at Happy Cycles, Colaba. A short introduction to the story & the Storytellers and we proceed to pick our cycles.

10:15 PM - We start our Midnight Storytelling & Cycling Tour.

1:00 AM - We end our tour with a TLBB MegaQuiz. The winning team gets a special souvenir from the Legend of Bombay Bards.

You will be cycling in and around Colaba at night. The meet up is at Happy Cycle Store in Colaba.

Tickets once booked are non-refundable.

Re-schedule cost is Rs.500 per participant.

On the spot bookings are subject to availability of the cycles.

We expect the participants to know basic cycling

While choosing the cycle, the participant should check the condition & fitness of the cycle before commencing the ride.

Children participating should be 7 years + and should know cycling.

You understand and accept that TLBB advises the wearing of cycle helmets at all times when riding.

Participants must not cycle under the influence of alcohol, strong medication, other drugs or fatigue.

Participants are requested to eat a healthy meal and not consume alcohol to avoid dehydration.

Please avoid wearing gold and other jewellery.

A planned activity or programs may be cancelled or revised depending on the weather or any other unavoidable circumstances.

TLBB will not be responsible for any physical harm during the activity. You are advised to follow the instructions of the coordinator to avoid any such incidents.

Cycles are the participants responsibility and any damage for whatever reason will be paid for by the participant.
