Cultural Evening Sangat At Land's End Amphitheatre

What's Happening?

Join the Centre for Study of Society and Secularism in celebrating the true diversity of Indian culture at the atmospheric Land’s End Amphitheatre in Bandra at their cultural evening Sangat. On Saturday, February 8th, they’re all set to celebrate the inclusive message from Gandhi and Kabir Das, a 15th-century poet which celebrates love, compassion, humility, acceptance of the Other. And brings together a vision of India that’s composite, peaceful, all embracing yet strong and rooted.

This cultural evening brings together the folks from Kabir Café run by Neeraj Arya, folk singer and writer and Rasika Agashe co-founder of the Being Association. The cultural evening includes a play, “Main aur Gandhiji” by Rasika Agashe plus live musical performances from Kabir Cafe. The play comes up first and then the musical performance is next.

And what a fantastic venue to watch these performers celebrate their art. Think sunset views and the call of the ocean together in a venue that’s steeped in performances past. Register via the LBB App. Donations welcome at the venue.

How’s the venue?
