Ten-Second Takeaway

We headed to Soho Tapas Bar in Andheri West excited to try out their ‘mini meals’.

Chow Down

We recommend you start your meal with their caprese bruschetta, which has a base of thin crust garlic buttered bread that had well-cooked tomatoes, onions, basil paste smothered in a thick film of mozzarella cheese. It had chopped basil to balance the flavour out. Follow this up with the clay oven baked cottage cheese. It was made out of hung curd. It was creamy, lushly soft and delicious. Green chutney was served as a side.

Also try the Dynamite Gambas Al Ajillo – prawns rubbed with a tender coat of sriracha sauce and lemon. The prawns were well cooked, tightly curled and taut. We also tried their creamy pesto. It had a thick consistency and a load of veggies. It was soothing and soulful both at the same time. We loved it.

We also tried the chicken Afghani tikka, the Jamaican jerk chicken with chimichurri sauce, the beer-battered onion rings and the Soho-style curry crumb chicken, all of which were amazing.

For dessert, we suggest you try the blueberry cheesecake, and the caramel cube if you like caramel and dark chocolate.

Sip On

We had their watermelon martini. The vodka base let the watermelon lead the way, leaving just a trace under the fresh watermelon flavour. Next up was SOHO Espresso Martini. It came with a lingering aroma of coffee with a thick, moustache leaving foam on top.

So, We’re Thinking…

Overall you’ll find this place popping straight out of a page three party with A-listed celebrities. The music is a joy and the service on point. It has all the constituents for having the time of your life.
