What's Happening?

Since 2013, a few of us, privy to the fact that such a cool concept exists, have always tried to enrol here to learn how to cook or bake in an environment that wasn't intimidating.

Well, the pandemic did play havoc with our plans and a lot many other things, but never fear when technology is here, right? Studio Fifteen is all set to move online via Zoom, and this weekend will feature Ice Cream 101 with chef Varun Sheth, Next Level Brownies with chef Vinesh Johny Vegan and Gluten-Free Mithai with chef Raveena Taurani and Indian Accent Favourites with chef Manish Mehrotra.

Ice Cream 101 with Chef Varun Sheth

In the ice cream workshop, you will learn to make ice cream and sorbet: Vanilla Bean Ice cream, Chocolate Cream and Sugar Free Berry Popsicle. This workshop is eggless.

Next Level Brownies with Chef Vinesh Johny

Vinesh Johny is the co-founder and executive pastry chef of Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts, Bangalore. In this workshop, Chef Vinesh will demonstrate how to make: Life Changing Brownie, Hazelnut Dacquoise, Orange Marmalade and Hazelnut Caramel Ganache. Sounds like a dream, right?

Vegan and Gluten Free Mithai with Chef Raveena Taurani

Raveena Taurani is the Founder and CEO of Yogisattva.In this workshop, chef Raveena will demonstrate: Gajjar Ka Halwa, Walnut Praline; Fudgy Coconut and Almond Butter Ladoo and Rose & Cardamom Barfi.

Indian Accent Favourites with Chef Manish Mehrotra

Chef Manish Mehrotra is a Corporate Chef at Indian Accent, located in New Delhi. He reinterprets nostalgic Indian dishes with an openness towards global techniques and influences.

In this workshop you will learn to make: Fresh Fenugreek Salad, New Potatoes, Prawns; Dal Moradabadi and Daulat ki Chaat Toasted Almonds, Rose Petal Chikki.

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to The Cuddles Foundation.
