Ten-Second Takeaway

The Superfoodz Kitchen, a takeaway in Bandra East, delivers healthy options with salads, sandwiches, wraps and juices, which are exceptionally tasty.

Chow Down

If you’re looking for a healthy option for your work lunches, look no more. They have five subscriptions for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, all of which are various permutations of soups, salads and sandwiches. Their Alfa Omega salad is a delicious combination of broccoli, fish, carrots and seeds. On the vegetarian side, we like their Barley-D salad, which is a combination of kale, barley, orange, pomegranate, cranberries, mixed seeds, feta and grated carrot with an orange dressing on the side. A meal, if you eat a salad and a juice, will come to around INR 400.

For your wraps and sandwiches, you can choose a base of multi grain bread, wholewheat spinach wrap, or a fenugreek and chickpea wrap. Their helpings aren’t huge, but are good enough for a light lunch, followed by a mid-afternoon snack.

Sip On

For their juices, they have Classic ABC {apple, beetroot and carrot juice with a hint of ginger} which we liked, as well as The Daily Green with spinach, kale, pineapple, mint and apple. The juice are a little on the expensive side at INR 140 each, so you can opt for the Single’s Club for INR 100, which is a single flavour option, including orange, pineapple, pomegranate, watermelon, carrot, beetroot and coconut water.

So, We’re Thinking…

While they shut shop a little early – at 6.30pm – we still think this is a good option for lunch if you’re in the area. They deliver within a radius of 5km.
